Thabani Zulu & Co. is recognised and is a member of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA), the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors of South Africa (IIASA), the institutes that govern the accounting and auditing professions in South Africa
Inspite of the opportunities available, the firm is conservative in
its growth policy, ensuring at every step, that its professional excellence and quality standards are never compromised, and
hence, in April of 2008, Thabani Zulu & Co. acquired an interest in Volker Wattrus & Mkhize (VWM) Forensic Accounting
Services and expanded the service offerings of Thabani Zulu & Co. to include Forensic Accounting Services Division.
Thabani Zulu & Co. Forensic Accounting Services Division is now a fully fledged division, recognised by the Association
of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and South African Institute of Government Auditors (SAIGA), the institutes that govern the
forensic services profession. This division operates under the leadership of directors recognised as experts in the field of
forensic accounting and investigation services.
