Thabani Zulu & Co is a wholly black owned firm of Chartered Accountants and Auditors which was established in 2001.

Since inception, the company has enjoyed recognition and respect within the profession and is committed to sustaining and improving its positioning. Our strategic goal is to be represented in all provinces by 2014.

Our thrust and focus is on Internal Audit Services, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Forensic Investigations, Training, and other Business Solutions. Thabani Zulu & Co. is a member in good standing of the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors (IRBA), the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), and the Institute of Internal Auditors of South Africa (IIASA), the primary institutions that govern the accounting and auditing professions in South Africa.

Thabani Zulu & Co. Forensic Accounting Services Division has a fully fledged division, recognised by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and South African lnstitute of Government Auditors (SAIGA), the institution that governs the forensic services profession and maintains standards within the accounting industry in government service, respectively. This division operates under the leadership of directors recognised as experts in the field of forensic accounting and investigation services.

The comprehensive services offered by Thabani Zulu & Co. as a group are rendered through two entities, viz;

Thabani Zulu & Company (Pty) Ltd – which offers services in the area of assurance and advisory services, training and development, management consulting and accounting and bookkeeping; and

Thabani Zulu & Company Forensic Accounting Services (Pty) Ltd - this entity offers total forensic accounting and investigative services to both the public and private sector. Currently there are five directors in this entity.
